About Me
I am a dedicated and compassionate psychologist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep understanding that each person’s journey is unique. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly, at your own pace.
After spending many years supporting clients going through various struggles, I decided to concentrate on supporting women going through challenging life transitions. This change in focus felt like a natural progression as my own life has been characterized with many transitions and has shown me the life changing value of a supportive therapeutic relationship when navigating change.
