I work with women experiencing a range of life transitions, including career changes, relationship challenges, motherhood, identity shifts, loss, and feelings of overwhelm or uncertainty. Together, we explore the emotional impact of these experiences, helping you make sense of what you’re going through while developing tools to manage stress, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support you in understanding patterns, strengthening self-awareness, and cultivating a deeper sense of balance and self-trust. 

My work is grounded in the understanding that change—while often challenging—can also be a powerful opportunity for growth.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

These approaches allow us to explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours interact, while also helping you develop a more accepting and compassionate relationship with yourself.
